🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery to the following regions:

  • All areas of Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands)

  • International shipping (depending on product and destination — please contact us for details)

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1 to 4 working days for processing and verification before shipment.
During promotional periods or public holidays, processing time may be longer.

3. Delivery Time

  • Local Delivery: Estimated arrival within 2–5 working days after processing.

  • International Delivery: Estimated arrival within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and logistics.

4. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted logistics providers, including:

  • SF Express (Local)

  • Hongkong Post

  • 4PX Express (International)

     

5. Shipping Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your shipment.
All orders include tracking numbers.
Please note: For international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed or may not reflect real-time status.

6. Address Changes & Restrictions

  • Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • In case of delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and assist as needed.
