1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery to the following regions:

All orders require 1 to 4 working days for processing and verification before shipment.
During promotional periods or public holidays, processing time may be longer.
3. Delivery Time

Local Delivery: Estimated arrival within 2–5 working days after processing.

International Delivery: Estimated arrival within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and logistics.

5. Shipping Notification & Tracking

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
