1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery to the following regions:
All areas of Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands)
International shipping (depending on product and destination — please contact us for details)
2. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1 to 4 working days for processing and verification before shipment.
During promotional periods or public holidays, processing time may be longer.
3. Delivery Time
Local Delivery: Estimated arrival within 2–5 working days after processing.
International Delivery: Estimated arrival within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and logistics.

5. Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your shipment.
All orders include tracking numbers.
Please note: For international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed or may not reflect real-time status.
6. Address Changes & Restrictions
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
In case of delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and assist as needed.
